What happens to my payout if the client reports an issue or leaves a negative review?

A negative review by itself does not automatically stop your payout.
If a client reports an issue, our Trust & Safety team will investigate the case. During the investigation, your payout may be temporarily placed on hold until the review is complete.
We will contact you if we need more information. Once the investigation is resolved, the payout will either continue processing or you will be informed of any action taken.
