Animals have always been a huge part of my life and being around them makes me feel calm and happy. Over the years I have cared for different pets including a Chihuahua, several cats growing up, and two Syrian hamsters, one of which I rescued from a friend who could no longer care for him properly. Experiences like this deepened my passion for animal care. I take this work seriously as I hope to build a future career working with animals, and pet sitting allows me to gain valuable experience while doing something I truly love, making sure pets feel safe, comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away.

I have two dogs who are the life and soul of our home and leaving them for any reason is difficult for us as a family. I used Holidog to find a trustworthy, kind person to look after our boys and I found that with Alisha. She stayed in our home for 10 nights whilst we were on holiday and she made us feel completely at ease leaving them. She messaged me daily with pictures and updates on the dogs and when we got home we could see how happy and comfortable the boys were in her care. She kept the house clean and she was the perfect dog sitter for us. We will definitely be using Alisha again and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
