Ava's level of care exceeded all my expectations, she boards one cat at a time, ensuring a calm environment and personalized attention. My cat, Lenny, was grieving the recent loss of his brother, and Ava handled his situation with immense compassion. She provided me with daily photo and video updates, which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, Ava applied an animal behavioural program called 'Emotion Code' to help Lenny, who was initially refusing to eat. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, and he is now doing incredibly well. She is a fantastic and attentive sitter. Highly Recommended as a first option.

Ava was five start with my Oscar as she is more than a petsitter and she worked as a therapist also on my cat. I had to travel for 2 weeks and I left my cat with Ava, she really took very well care of him. Inclusive Oscar always was quite nervous to travel, each time he had to go inside the pet carrier he got really nervous and stressed, but with couple of therapy sessions Ava gave him, he is now more calm when have to travel. Ava took wonderful care of Coco while we were away for nearly a week. It was our first time leaving her for that long, so we were a little nervous, but Eva made the whole experience very reassuring.
