Do not use. My dogs were there for 5 weeks and came back covered and I mean covered in flea dirt and fleas. Payment was agreed at the beginning of the booking as due to unfortunate circumstances I had to book them in for 4 weeks with a view to this may be extended. I had paid each week £150 for x2 dogs and after the last payment I told her I would be picking up in 4 days. The payment should have been £85 - she then wanted to charge me £348 as the booking had gone over by 11 days on top of the £750 I had already paid. Saying that it was charged now per dog and not the rate we agreed at the beginning. No warning - nothing. I said that I had fully paid and owe only 4 days - it went down to now £248. When I came to pick them up I was mucked about for over 2 hours, saying she wasn’t in (when I had waited outside her house for over an hour and no one went in or out) and then saying she wouldn’t give me my dogs until I paid. At the time I was waiting for a transfer and had told her this. When I got home I couldn’t believe the state of them. They smelt so bad and as said every inch of their fur/body is infested with flea dirt and live fleas. I have had to, at great expense, treat my other pets, home and due to how bad they are I’m having to re visit the vet again. I have raised a complaint with holidog and also seeking further advice as this is not acceptable.

Absolutely terrible. Cares only about the money. I left my energetic dog with her for 8 days and i came back to see he had lost so much weight, shit all over him, his ass red and swollen due to having shit stuck on him for days. He had caught fleas and ticks. He has no energy to even get up. I advise you not to leave your pet with her. Absolutely terrible. She should be taken off this site

Lovely lady, kept in touch and kept me updated, my cat was very content and happy when he come home. Highly recommend

Pet sitter lost my cat! & my cat is still missing... People should not book here. Casandra seemed more interested in receiving payment (yes you read right - she wanted money) Knowing full well my cat was gone. Doesn't strike me as a cat lover more interested in getting paid!
