Cettina was able to take my cats over Christmas which I did appreciate and that it was a busy time. Unfortunately I didn't get any updates that I was expecting and I had to chase myself to ask if my 2 cats have settled in and the communication wasn't there. Which made me quite anxious. I was also told that they were always hiding which led me to believe that a bond wasn't formed which was obvious when I brought them back that they didn't get the required attention.

Cettina is amazing. Teddy loves going to stay with her. She is so attentive and sticks to his routine.

I organised to meet with Cettina and shortly before I set off to meet her she messaged to say she was unwell and rescheduled for the same time the next day. The next day i text her to say i was leaving and when I arrived I noticed the front door glass panel had been broken and boarded up with mdf. Outside the front door was a broken glass table and a wet soiled mattress of some kind in the front garden. I was somewhat off put by this but decided seeing that I was there to ring the door bell . I rang numerous times but the door did not open. I rang her number but she did not pick up . I text her but did not receive any reply. It was very disappointing in particular that day was the weekend of a very bad Storm and the weather was torrential very windy with continuous heavy rain. I even knocked on the next door house to ensure that i had the correct house, which the neighbour kindly verified. It was clear that Cettina was not going to meet me at all, it was nice to waste my time going there especially during such treacherous weather when she was not going to answer the door ! . I didn't even receive a reply to my message afterwards saying that I had visited her as planned . All in all this dog sitter is not reliable, even though her price is reasonable I would not risk booking with her as she was not reliable.

She is a lovely person if u looking for someone who u can trust and will look after your furry friends like he’s own she is the right person for you.I will highly recommended by me and my xl bully and I’m looking forward to see her again soon.Ranger got back home happy and relaxed.
