I live in Nuneaton and I have had dogs all my life. I have had poodles both small and large, an Airedale Terrier for 15 years, who was my 3rd child, he has passed now and I still miss him. I rescued a Weimarana at 18 months old who is now 10 & lives with my grown up Daughter because she couldn't bear to be without him after moving out but I see him often. Between my Daughter and I, we took on a family member's white Boxer dog to keep him in the family. I live directly opposite to a park which is dog friendly and have a totally enclosed garden with 2 locked gates to get into it. It is a very safe area. My house is mostly carpeted, so dogs won't loose their footing or skid every where! My garden is tidy & does not contain any poisonous plants,there is both a patio and a grassed area, all surrounded by a 6 foot fence. I am not ready to make a log term commitment but I miss having one around as a family member. All of my dogs have lived inside my house and had their own beds (but mostly slept in mine). I am a total dog snuggler, they are just such trusting & loveable little souls with huge personalities. I miss the wagging tails and smiles but would love to help somebody out. I am absolutely sure that I will get just as much, if not more with a genuine dog parent. I am willing to Skype, photograph, Instagram, What's App and Messenger as much as is requested or agreed - if not more. If you think I'm the right person to look after your dog (I call them all puppies even at an old age), you're probably right.
