Because we lost our first puppy to cancer when he was just a year old, we are a bit overprotective about Freddie. Jen - and her family - were absolutely amazing. They live near the sea so Freddie had daily walks there. Jen sent updates every day with photos and videos. Because she has had training in first aid for pets, she also recognised early on that Freddie’s eyes were a bit gunky and so, with our permission, she brought him to our vet for a consultation and paid for that and his medications out of her own pocket until we got home to reimburse her. More than anything, we wanted Freddie to spend his time with a competent pet sitter and a loving family and Jen and her family did not disappoint! Freddie was very happy with his “holiday family” and we think he is missing them and their little dog, Winnie. We would recommend Jen without any hesitation. Jen, you are a star! 🌟

Our Willow had a lovely time with Jen & her lovely family! We picked him up & we could tell he had been very happy staying there? He got lots of love & attention! Would definitely recommend Jen, we have booked with her again next year!!
