I am interested in this role because I love animals and am looking for a fun part-time job while writing up my Ph.D. thesis in Psychology. In the past, I had various pets such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, and rabbits. I grew up with my family's dog, which was a Maltese-Terrier and lived for 18 years. After our Lucy had passed away, I owned two cats (Sally and Lilly), two budgie couples and lots of fish. During holidays, I used to take care of my grandma's rabbits. I currently own an adorable budgie, Ricky, which I trained and is free in my flat. I want to get a cat, but unfortunately there is not enough space at the moment.

I mention all these because I think it is important for you to know my experience and background in taking care of various pets. Having a pet has always been one of the most rewarding elements of my life; therefore, I would love to become a pet sitter.
