The vast majority of my family have pets in their household, whether it be cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs - you name it, we've had them at some point. You can be certain I have snuck away from a family gathering because I would rather be spending time playing with the dogs or trying to charm the cats - there's so much pride to be found in befriending an animal. Growing up, I often looked after the pets of family friends, and being a keen hockey player I enjoy walks and runs with canine companions, making sure we expend our energy before we both return home for food and company. I am patient and confident with animals of all sizes, and will always try to establish a great bond with even the shyest of pets - I would cherish the opportunity to look after them!
