Olivia was excellent with our Shih Tzu. As we were initially worried with him being very "picky", this wasn't the case and Olivia was extremely professional at the "meet and greet" and asked all the right questions to familiarise with our dog. She provides an excellent environment that has all the things a pet needs and he really felt at home and connected really well with Olivia. I believe as pet owners you can tell if someone has a true liking for pets and this was very evident with Olivia and her experience showed from day one. Communication was top class during our holiday with photos and text messages highlighting any issues or just letting us know how he is doing and providing photos at various points during his stay to give us the extra peace of mind. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and highly recommend and will look at re-booking in the near future!

Olivia looked after Rupert like he was her own little dog. I had to go into hospital for an op and after dropping him off my mind was put at rest. I had to mess her about and change the times of picking him up but she was very understanding. Thanks so much Olivia from me and Rupert xx
