I honestly cannot recommend Paule highly enough, she is absolutely exceptional! This was the first time leaving my cat for 7 nights while I went away on a family holiday, and naturally I felt quite anxious. From the very start, Paule put me completely at ease. Every single day she sent photos and videos, which meant so much to us. I could clearly see that my cat was not just being cared for, but truly enjoying himself. It genuinely felt like he was on a little holiday of his own! What really sets Paule apart is her kindness and thoughtfulness. Our return flight was delayed and we didn’t get home until after midnight. Without hesitation, Paule insisted on keeping our cat for an extra night at no additional cost so we could go straight home and rest. That level of care and consideration is rare and incredibly appreciated. When our cat returned home, he was happy, relaxed, and even came back with new toys — such a lovely touch that really shows how much Paule cares. Paule is a genuinely warm, loving, and trustworthy person. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave my cat with her again, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding care for their pet.

Paule is super kind and amazing. My cat Kai absolutely loved staying with her and Paule always sent me pictures and kept me in the loop. I will be using her again for whenever I am away now! So happy to have found a nice and trustworthy pet sitter :)
