I have recently graduated as a mature student (26 y/o) from Merrist Wood Agricultural College with a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management. During my time at Merrist Wood I gained a great deal of experience in the handling and health of many species of animals, including canines and felines, small mammals, farm livestock and aquatic/exotic species. I have also completed work experience with a dog walking business, where I took on much of the walking, transportation, handling and home-visit responsibilities (reference available on request). I am very confident and experienced with many breeds of dog, and extremely passionate about their welfare. Since graduating college I have taken on numerous freelance pet care jobs, in which I have worked with and cared for a wide variety of domestic pets and small mammals.
