Ever since I was little I have always had dogs at home. I had a rhodesian ridgeback, 2 jack russels and a dachshund. When I saw the job advertisement I thought that it would be a perfect way to still spend time with dogs even though my own dog is back at home with my family. I have never not had a dog. I have always loved animals, but dogs have always been my favourite. They are loyal, offer good companionship, and are nice to cuddle. I enjoy going on long walks with dogs, in the mountains or by the park. The reason I would love to have a job watching dogs is because I will enjoy myself so much, it won't even feel like 'work'.
