What is Smart Assist?

Smart Assist is a feature designed to help you find an available pet sitter more quickly.
When you send a booking request, it can be automatically shared with additional compatible sitters nearby to increase your chances of getting a fast response. Your request can reach multiple available sitters at the same time. You can still contact as many sitters as you like manually if you prefer.
How does it work?
After you send a request, it is first delivered to the sitter you selected. If the sitter does not respond quickly or declines the request, Smart Assist can automatically contact other compatible sitters nearby. This helps keep your search active and increases your chances of finding a sitter without delay.
This allows you to reach multiple sitters without having to send each request manually, helping you find a sitter faster.
Important to know:
Smart Assist is optional and can be activated when sending your request. You can enable or disable it at any time.
