Abbie looked after our Springer spaniel from Friday to Sunday. She stayed in our home and cared for Bella who is quite nervous with new people. Abbie sent us pictures of our dog sitting with her and having a cuddle! This was very reassuring. Very professional. I would highly recommend Abbie.

I AM MOST DISSAPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY, I paid money in good faith to you for introduction to who it seemed was reliable and local to me to house/pet sit while I was away. This young lady Abbie first of all said yes ok she was able to sit for us, them she started messing me around, 2 days before we were due to go away she sends a message saying does she have to stay over at the house as she is already looking after another house and dog.When I questioned her saying "do you mean you can't stay over, as that is what we agreed, she answers well I guess I could". And that was it I never herd anther word from her. She is unreliable and I suggest you remove her from your database. I would also like a refund of the money I paid your company, as I did not get what I paid for. I look forward to hearing from you Regards Mrs Yvonne Dick
