Very nice person and great conditions for my dog

my dogs came back happy - they enjoyed staying with bryony and her family.

we left our 3.5 year old bearded collie ‘hachi’ with bryony hayward for 2 weeks in february 2015 while we went on holiday. we were extremely happy with the service offered by bryony and her attention to detail. she regularly kept us informed and up to date with how hachi was settling in and gave us the confidence that he was in good hands. bryony regularly posted videos and photos of hachi to her facebook page which was great to see while we were away on holiday. bryony was very organised, experienced, co-operative and willing to accommodate the drop-off and collection times. it was evident that she cared for hachi as if he was her own. hachi got on well with her dog and children and looked like he had had an absolutely fantastic time so was a real holiday for him! hachi returned to us looking clean and tidy, so thanks to bryony for taking such great care of him. in summary, we would thoroughly recommend bryony and would not hesitate to use her services again when we plan our next holiday.

thank you bryony! when venga was collected after 3 weeks, he was happy, healthy, lost weight and clearly had a great time! bryony kept us up to speed with his progress and sent us several video's and photos. it was great to see how our baby was doing :) will definitely use bryony's services again. thanks for everything :)
