Chanel is a natural with dogs and very thorough in terms of onboarding! She went out of her way twice to come to our flat totally free of charge, once to acquaint herself with the dogs and us and once to collect our keys which we really appreciated. She even had prepared a questionnaire for us to fill in so she could be confident of our doggos requirements. This really gave me and my husband peace of mind that Gigi and Titch were in the best possible care. Our dogs can be a bit tricky sometimes but Chanel is experienced, really understanding with them and great at catering to their different needs. The dogs really enjoyed their first walk with her and are excited to have her walk them weekly on Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes over the next couple of months ❤️🐾

Chanel was exceptional from start to finish and I genuinely could not recommend her more highly. I was extremely nervous about going away and leaving my cats, but from day one she put me completely at ease with thoughtful, regular check-ins and updates. She was incredibly communicative about the care schedule, doing a thoughtful mix of overnight stays and check-ins, and always keeping me fully informed. She looked after my cats during a very busy holiday period and still always made them her absolute priority. She is incredibly organised, proactive, and so reliable, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her extensive experience with animals, having grown up around them, was very clear in the confidence and care she showed throughout. My cats are Persians and quite high-maintenance, especially when it comes to their coats and eyes, and Chanel cared for them with an outstanding level of attention and dedication. Their hair and eyes were kept immaculate, and they were so happy, calm, and clearly very loved while I was away. They honestly looked even better than when I left them. Chanel truly goes above and beyond. Not only was the care for my cats exceptional, but she also looked after my home impeccably. I returned to a spotless house where everything was absolutely perfect. She is trustworthy, thoughtful, and incredibly dependable, and my cats completely adored her. I would not hesitate to book Chanel again and would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for exceptional, organised, and reliable care for their pets and home.

Ghost was sick and needed to get medication twice a day. I had to travel for work for 2 weeks. Not only was ghost in good hands...when she completed the sitting...he actually missed her. We now organize play dates as much as possible because he loves his Auntie Chanel. Fantastic sitter! Your dog is in good hands...I recommend her fully! 10 out of 10
