Milo has stayed a couple of times now at the Braintree Canine Retreat and both gone really well. Ellie kept me informed how he was getting along with photos too that put my mind at ease he was getting on all okay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience from first contact to first meet and and greet to first trial session! Ellie comes across as very professional and knowledgeable with dogs. Being a puppy mum I was very anxious about finding the right place for my golden shepherd Willow. Ellie put my mind at rest from the off! The first meet and greet was done without other dogs in the house which was fantastic as there was no stress and Willow was able to explore and sniff around whilst I was able to chat to Ellie and ask lots of questions. I dropped Willow for her first trial day and swiftly left with no worries at all. Ellie took her time to integrate Willow to the other dogs in her care and I had regular updates with pictures which put my mind at ease. Having a ‘school’ report to read at the end of the day was a lovely touch so I could see how she behaved and what adventures she got up to. Willow came home happy and exhausted. I would highly recommend Braintree Canine Retreat to others.

my puppy loves coming to Ellie. Ellie sends lots of video's and photos, and i know he is being well cared for. My puppy loves being with Ellie so much, he doesn't want to leave 😂
