gemma was fantastic.everything went smoothly.she communicated with us throughout the whole process of searching and booking. she accomodated our change of plans at short notice. i knew howard would be in safe hands after several e mails from gemma. gemma sent me photos of howard's 'holiday' so that i was always reassured he was ok. we are hoping to use her again (at howard's request) in the summer.

gemma was lovely, very caring and lucky enjoyed staying with her. we would recommend gemma to anyone, she's a great petsitter!

gemma made lola my beagle feel welcome as soon as we met and i had an instant feeling that she would be well looked after. she sent me texts and photos during her overnight stay and when i came to pick her up i could tell that she had been happy playing with gemma and her other dogs, in fact she kept following her and did not want to go. i would strongly recommend gemma as a pet sitter and will definitely be using gemma again when i go away.
