Absolutely perfect lady who has a great relationship with dogs and is completely compident in her duties

Heidi was amazing with my Boxer boy, who was recovering from major surgery when I had to go away for work. Knowing that Heidi was looking after him gave me complete peace of mind, because she put his wellbeing front and centre. Heidi is very thorough and likes to gleen as much information as possible about your pet‘s routine, habits and preferences, so she can pick up seamlessly when you leave. Respectful of the house, I came back to it having been freshly cleaned which was a very welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend Heidi and will certainly ask her to look after my boy again in the future.

Heidi was up for the challenge with our high energy 11month old Boxador! She was great with him and used different techniques to train him whilst pet sitting! She was proactive around our house with deliveries and doing housework whilst here. Dog and house immaculate when we came home. Would highly recommend!

Having Heidi looking after the pets/house gave me incredible piece of mind while we were away. Her communication was great, she kept us up to date with pictures of the pets and the house looked great when we got back. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others.
