Irene and I met up so she could get to know Bruce and vice versa. So she knew what he was like. Still, two Weeke before the first booking, she messaged to ask about him, then told me she had other dogs so couldn't have a dog that was excitable or barked. She changed the conditions without warning. When I asked why she chose to ignore my messages. Rude. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.
