I grew up on a Farm, so aside from the usual Cats and Dogs as pets, being a Foster parent to orphaned Lambs and Calves rate highly as a great experience growing up with Animals! I'm used to animals of any size and have had the pleasure to have Rats (not to everyones liking!) as pets, as well as Cats and Dogs. Each of them very different, and I love their personalities. In regards to Dogs I have had a Rhodesian ridgeback and even a chihuahua to name a couple (and several sizes in between!) My first job at 14 was working a kennel for a breeder of showdogs (Crufts winners no less!) and so the care and attention to the well being of the animals were instilled in the best way. Whatever the weather, I'm happy to walk for as long and as far as needed! Any animal in my care will, naturally, be treated as if it were my own. Rest assured, the safety, well being, and of course, happiness of your valued family member are of great importance to myself also.
