All my life I have been a dog person, I had my own labrador at a young age and cared for it lovingly until sadly my mum became allergic to it. An allergy which manifested in her later years as she herself had 3 labs as a young girl. So I went on to walk my neighbours dogs and whoever would let me, as the company of a dog has no comparison. A dog is never unhappy to see you, never critical of anything about you, how could anyone not enjoy every hour spent with an animal.

Now with my degree under my belt and a job in the fire service I find myself with a lot of spare time, working a shift pattern gives me 4 days on and 4 days off. A lot of leeway to find myself avenues to spend my time doing things I want, like walking dogs. Also because 2 of those shifts are nightshifts I have the day off in between, so theoretically I have 6 days to make myself available out of 8 (even if maybe I should probably be sleeping). So I hope you understand that there is no other applicant that would be more enthusiastic or obliged to help with anybody wishing there dog to be looked after or walked.
