Joules and her daughter were absolutely lovely with him and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and positive from the beginning. They waited while he was seen by the vet and then brought him safely home afterwards. There were a lot of firsts for him that day, but Joules’ experience, patience and reassuring manner made such a difference. He coped incredibly well, and we were more than happy to have Joules transport him again when he returned to the vets today.

I'd been looking for someone caring and non-judgemental to come and cut my dogs nails as we hadn't realised how bad they'd got. Joules was lovely and so kind, fitted us in really quickly and our dog Sophie was at ease right away. We will definitely keep booking in, Sophie loved her and so did we!
