Why your pet will love Suzana
I’m based in London, and animals have been part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. Over the last 10 years, I’ve cared for all kinds of pets with all kinds of quirks, and I’ve come to love the small routines that make them feel safe, seen, and at home.
My care is built around the details: calm dog walks that match your pup’s pace, home visits that keep cats and small pets comfortable in their own space, and boarding that feels like a proper sleepover rather than a stay in a strange place. If your pet needs medication, I’m comfortable with pill-time and happy to follow your instructions closely, so nothing gets missed. And if you’re the type who checks your phone a lot while you’re away, you’ll fit right in here—I send photo updates that genuinely capture how your pet is doing, not just a quick snap.
When your pet stays with me, they get a relaxed home setting with plenty of attention and a predictable rhythm to the day. I keep spaces tidy, cosy, and pet-friendly, with room to settle in for naps after walks or playtime, and I’m careful about maintaining the rules your pet already knows (so coming back home is an easy transition).

This was my very first time goving my cat to a pet sitter and Suzana made sure that my Lotus (my pet cat), was well taken care of! No amount of words would do any justice on to how happy my cat was and well taken care of. I highly recommend Suzana!
Suzana was amazing with our kitten Neal. She and partner made him feel like part of the family and looked after him really well. Her two cats made him feel so comfortable and he therefore enjoyed his experience with her. She kept me updated with pictures and texts of his progress and experiences daily which for me, made the whole experience better as I didn't feel I had to worry. I shall be using her again. Truly fantastic! Thanks :)
