How does my Holidog partner rate work?

Your partner rate is the share of the service price you keep on Holidog bookings. It is shown on your dashboard as “You keep X%”.
For standard sitters, the rate is based on the number of care days completed in the previous calendar month. More completed care days can unlock a better rate for new payments.
Monthly tiers:

• 0-4 care days: you keep 85% (Holidog commission 15%)
• 5-9 care days: you keep 87% (Holidog commission 13%)
• 10-19 care days: you keep 90% (Holidog commission 10%)
• 20+ care days: you keep 93% (Holidog commission 7%)
• VIP active: you keep 95% (Holidog commission 5%)

Cancelled or skipped care days do not count toward your monthly tier.
Client service fees and protection fees are separate from your partner rate and do not reduce the percentage shown as “You keep”.
The estimated net amount is shown before booking confirmation. If you are VIP, your VIP rate applies while the VIP period is active.
